Membership Terms

Below is a clear, easy-to-read overview of how memberships, programs, billing, and play access work at 11 Sports & Social Club.

Full terms & conditions are provided during registration and must be accepted before play.

Membership types & play options

Membership and play options include, but are not limited to:

Monthly Memberships

Flexible court access 7 days a week
2 hours of play per booked spot
Court availability may vary by day

Program Memberships

8-week programs – 2 hours of play per week (may or may not include a coach)
6-week programs – 2 hours of play per week
8-week youth programs – 1 or 2 hours of play per week, includes a coach

30 Day Drop In Passes

Book unlimited drop in sessions over 30 days using our mobile app or member portal.
Once the 30 days are up, you decide if you want to extend for another 30 days.

Other ways to play

Court rentals – 1 or 2 hour rentals
Drop-in sessions – 2 hours per session
Social events – 2 hours per event

Billing & payments

Membership billing

  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month
  • New memberships starting past the first day of each month are prorated
  • Members must keep a valid payment method on file
  • Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension
  • HST applies to all applicable fees

Programs & events

  • 8-week and 6-week programs are billed upfront and due 7 days before the start date
  • Court rentals, drop-ins, and social events must be paid 24 hours in advance
  • The additional 8-week program discount is only valid if the same person registers for multiple programs occurring during the same 8-week period
  • One member registering two different people under one transaction is not valid for the discount

Pricing changes

  • Pricing changes are provided with 60 days’ notice
  • 12-month pay-upfront plans are honoured for the full term

Payment processing fees

  • Recurring credit card payments include a $1-$3 processing fee to recover part (not all) of transaction costs
  • Annual paid-upfront memberships include a proportionate one-time surcharge
  • Debit card payments are not subject to this fee

Membership access & play rules

Monthly member play access

Monthly members:

  • May book unlimited drop ins during the designated drop in sessions
  • Availability may vary and daily play is not guaranteed

If a member wants to play more than once in a day, they should:

  • Register for a program
  • Book a court rental
  • Attend a social event

Drop in booking rules for members

  • Drop in slots may be booked up to 10 days in advance
  • Bookings can be made through the member portal, via the mobile app, or at the front desk
  • Drop in slots must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance
  • Two or more late cancellations within a 7-day period may result in a 7-day booking restriction

Court rental discounts for monthly members

  • Monthly members receive a 50% discount off court rentals
  • The discount applies to the member’s portion only
  • Each court rental is divided into four equal parts in the event that the person reserving the court wants to split the court cost with three other people
  • Scenario 1: a member reserves a court to play with three (3) guests for one hour for $50. The member will get a 50% discount on their 1/4 of the court rental rate, while the guests’ portions will be billed in full
    • The member is charged the discounted $6.25 while the three (3) guests are charged the full $12.50 making the effective court rental rate = $43.75
  • Scenario 2: a member reserves a court to play with another member and two (2) guests for one hour for $50. The two (2) members will receive a 50% discount on their 1/4 portions of the court rental, while the guests’ portions will be billed in full
    • The two (2) members are charged the discounted $6.25 while the two (2) guests are charged the full $12.50 making the effective court rental rate = $37.50
  • Scenario 3: a member reserves a court to play by themselves for one hour for $50. The member will get a 50% discount on 1/4 of the court rental rate, while paying the remaining 3/4 portions at full rate, making the effective court rental rate = $43.75
  • Up to four (4) members may apply their discount to one court rental
  • Payment must be completed before or immediately after the court reservation

Court rental cancellation

Need to cancel your court rental? We just ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time.

Court rentals cancelled with at least 12 hours’ notice may be credited or rescheduled, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the rental start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Membership cancellations

Monthly memberships

  • Require 10 days notice by email
  • No refunds for notice given once the month has started and membership dues have been billed, for partial months or unused time

12-month plans

  • Require 30 days’ written notice
  • Early cancellations result in a reversal of all discounts applied
  • Paid-upfront annual memberships are locked after 10 days, except for documented medical reasons
  • In medical cases, remaining time may be transferred for a $50 administrative fee

Temporary monthly membership freezes

  • Members may request one freeze of up to 30 consecutive days
  • Requests must be submitted 15 days in advance
  • Freezes must cover a full calendar month
  • During a freeze:
    • Membership access is paused
    • Monthly fees are reduced by 50%

8-week program cancellations and transfers

  • Programs are fixed-term commitments
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
  • Requests received 7+ days before the start date may be eligible for a refund or credit
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the start date, or after a program begins, are non-refundable
  • Credits toward future programs may be requested

Program transfers

  • One-time transfers to another program may be requested after the cancellation deadline
  • Requests must be made within 2 days of the first session
  • Transfers are subject to availability and Club approval
  • Once transferred to a different program, the program registration is final

Missed sessions

  • Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-ups

Club-initiated suspension or termination

Monthly and program memberships may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Non-payment
  • Repeated no-shows
  • Rule or Code of Conduct violations
  • Unsafe or disruptive behaviour
  • Property damage

Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
