How to use our mobile app
First step – login using the email address you used to create a profile. If you don’t remember your login, reach out to us.
Homepage
When you open the mobile app, the homepage will be the page that you see first.
To the right of your name you’ll see a small bar code icon – tap on this and you’ll see a bar code. Scan this bar code at the bar code reader to check in for your program or drop in.
The My Bookings section will show you what programs, drop ins and court rentals you have coming up.
The Announcements section will show you messages from us. Be sure to tap on them for more details.
Book a drop in
To book a drop in, from the bottom menu tap on Calendar.
From the Calendar view, go to the day and time that you want to play. If the drop in has available spots, tap on Register
You will then be taken to the Event Details page – tap on the blue Register button for that date and/or following dates.
Finally, you will be taken to the Registration page – tap on blue Finalize Registration button on the bottom right.
Reserve a court
To reserve a court, tap on the blue Book a Court button at the top or from the bottom menu tap on the blue + sign.
Under Select Action, tap on Book A Court.
From the Calendar view, any 1 or 2 hour block that says Reserve is available for booking a court.
Once you select the date and time, you’ll be taken to the Create Reservation page. From there – under Reservation Type select the number of players, select the duration (1 or 2 hours), and court you want (only applicable if multiple courts were available).
If you selected 4 players, be sure to add the other players. If you miss this part, the court rental cost will show to be lower than the actual rental cost – if this happens, staff will charge the correct rate at the desk.
Tap the blue Confirm button, and you’re all set.

Confirmations & Cancellations
Whether you book a drop in or rent a court, you’ll get an email confirmation.
If you want to cancel your drop in or court rental, go back to the homepage, go to My Bookings, tap on the reservation and tap cancel a few times. You will also get an email confirmation for cancellations.
